1. 10% Discount on full cash payment.
2. All installments must be paid before 10th of every month through payees account by cheque/pay orders/ demand draft in favor’s of company.
3. All extra charges are payable within six (6) months from the date of booking.
4. Connection charges for electricity, gas, water, sewerage (including line share and meter deposits), documentation charges, registration charges for lease/sublease and other miscellaneous expenses will be considered as extra charges and will be paid by the allotee within 30 days of demand by the company.
5. The allocation of unit shall remain provisional until full & final payment is received by the company.
6. In case of size variation the price will be charged on as per square yard basis.
7. Development charges are extra and are not included in the plot price.
8. Any amount paid by the customer is non-refundable or adjustable in case of default by the customer.
9. Builder reserves the right to cancel any booking if the customer has not paid consecutive installments of 2 months.
10. All payments should be made in favor of the official bank account of Indus Enclave. Any payment made to any dealer or agent is not responsibility of Indus Enclave. Therefore, you are advised to transfer your installments etc. only in our official account or our booking office.
